property in Sharm el Sheikh Egypt

Having recently returned from Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt I thought i'd let you all know what a wonderful place it is. I was staying in the Red Sea Holiday Village in Sharm and it was absolutely fantastic!

I had heard bad reports about the resort and i'm sure that some people who travelled earlier in the year did have some issues but everything was tip-top during the two weeks I was there. Myself and my family totalling 13 people travelled and we all enjoyed it equally.

This article however is based on the amount of property development work that is taking place in that area at the moment. I have to admit a bit ugly to look at at this moment in time but my imagination is excited by what it may be like in a few years time and just how much this area of the world is set to take off with regards to property.

Having watched the Egyptian property market for some time now I have noticed that it is taking some time to get off the ground but i'm sure that it will and the time to buy property in Egypt is now!!!! Myself and my partener have already looked into buying a new property in sharm el sheikh area as property prices are still so cheap! We have already arranged our next trip and can't wait to get back there!

Egypt is the next big property investment area and people should look to buy soon as its development is beginning to rise considerably. Investment property in Egypt is the way forward!

Hi Jamie we looked at sharm two years ago but the only thing we found was that all properties have a 99 year lease there is no freehold properties. We then looked at Hurghada which is freehold and the prices are lower than sharm. Have a look at Hurghada it is more up and coming than Sharm and some great investment oppotuities. We bought in Hurghada last year from plan and recieved our apartment this July we have been out a few times now and really love it.
