Overseas property portal Property Abroad can now make details available of the many Florida and Orlando repossession properties it has on offer at bargain basement prices. Late last month the portal announced it had been approached about advertising large numbers of repossessed properties in Florida, and the amazing bargains that were among them, but couldn't give any details. Now the details have become available Les Calvert said:

"Florida's repossessed properties are being very well market. Unlike the repossessed properties in Spain, pictures have even been provided of some of the Florida units we are advertising. "To anyone that's first thought was ah but where in Orlando is it? Give yourself a slap; a five bedroom house for that price makes its exact location in Orlando irrelevant. I know some people will think that because I did when I saw it, it's almost natural."

The irrelevant location of the five bedroom house in Orlando mentioned above is 649 Katherine Ct, it has three bedrooms and is in need of renovation. The anticipated resale value of the property is $125,000 if bought to flip when the renovations are complete.

The next price up is just over £21k for a 3 bedroom house in Orlando, 2223 La Due Ct., Orlando, FL 32811 to be exact.

Les Calvert picked his star property, and it was not the least expensive; a 3 bedroom house at 2205 Topelo Rd., Orlando for just over £31k. Unlike many of Orlando's foreclosed properties this is not in need of serious refurbishment, the decor simply needs updating. The home sold for $75k in 1998, and is tax assessed at over $97,000.
